Context
Sveti Marko is a small, uninhabited island located in Kotor Bay, a World Heritage site to the north east of Montenegro. Forgotten until the world re-awoke to the beauty and possibilities of Montenegro as a destination, a team of architects, engineers and designers worked with Savills to establish it as Europe’s first 6 Star resort island.     
Solution
Targeting an ultra-wealthy, more outer-directed East European and Middle Eastern audience, a luxury brand was created, that blended unspoilt natural beauty with exceptional luxury and, most important of all, the promise of utter privacy – a commodity usually only available in further flung, more remote destinations. With no footage or finished location to leverage, photography, film and CGI was created that captured the essential beauty of Montenegro, its history, the destination and architecture, and gave manifest form to a lifestyle of splendid isolation. The stories we were able to build helped secure Banyan Tree as the spa resort partner.
